This Grade II Listed flat with wonderful views onto a garden square was refurbished 10 years ago. The layout was good but it needed to be customised to suit our clients who chose to make it their London home following some time as a rental investment.

Herringbone oak flooring was used to complement the traditional features and to add a modern twist. Warm neutrals were used throughout and contemporary lighting, new marble bathrooms and classic furniture pieces were added.The existing kitchen was retained but the worktops were replaced and the cupboards were hand painted to achieve an updated look without the disruption or expense of a new kitchen. The end result is is luxurious home with character.
